PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
At Esther Voyage, every unit is crafted with intention. Our wigs are made-to-order, hand-customized, and quality-checked to ensure you receive a piece that is beautiful, long-lasting, and worthy of your crown.
PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-Ship Wigs - These units are pre-made, styled, and available for immediate shipment.
Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
Custom Wig Units (Construction + Customization) - For wigs that require new construction using bundles and closures/frontals, plus bleaching knots, plucking, styling, and full finishing.
Processing Time: 12–16 Business Days
Custom Colored Wigs (Ombre, highlights, bleaching, root melts, toner, etc.) - Color services require additional time for bleaching, toning, drying, and final styling.
Processing Time: 14–20 Business Days
All custom orders are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, hair is shipped from our vendor to our studio. After arrival, each unit is constructed by hand, customized to your preferences, styled, and carefully inspected before shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Esther Voyage, each unit is custom-made, hand-constructed, and tailored to your order. Because of the intimate nature of wigs and hair extensions, all sales are final.
We maintain a strict hygiene standard to protect all customers. For this reason:
No Returns • No Exchanges • No Cancellations
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is a concern with your order, please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We will gladly assist with:
• Incorrect items
• Missing items
• Quality issues
• Shipping damage
To qualify for assistance, the unit must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once processing is complete, orders ship via USPS Priority Mail:
• United States: 2–4 Business Days
• International: 5–10 Business Days
Shipping times do not include processing time.
